''I don't think Real Madrid have ever played a team like Liverpool.'' says Virgil Van Djik.









Liverpool big name Defender Virgil Van Djik has backed his team to surprise the former Champions Real Madrid ahead of their final in Kiev. 

Liverpool ousted their opponents in the knock stages in a scintillating fashion and looking far much balanced with their aggressive and counter pressing football.

Klopp team didn't really had a good start any way, but their pace and speed still put any team the play vulnerable. The squad brilliant attack have scored many goals in their way to kiev. 

With Firmino and Salah hitting double figure already and Sadio Mane with Nine goals making them the highest scoring trio in the history of the Champions League.

They remain the highest scorers in the Champions League this season and still have one more game to impress in, the biggest of them all.


Though, lots of people have already written the Reds off.

Now, Virgil Van Dijk has claimed that the side will surprise Real Madrid because they ‘play differently than the teams Real Madrid have played’.

''I don’t know how Real will play,’ he explained in his press conference today, as quoted by the Daily Mail.''

''I know how they usually play, but I don’t think they have ever played a team like Liverpool before.''

''I mean exactly what you think I mean. We play differently than the teams Real have played before and it is going to be interesting to see how they react.''

''We know what they are about. They have quality in every position and experience of these games.''

''They’ve won it the last two years but we know that, so we can be ready. Everyone in red needs to be confident. We are not here for no reason.''
