Salah is adding to his collection of awards for the season with the CAF African Player of the Year for 2017 recently added to what must now be an impressive haul.
Liverpool signed Salah in the summer for £36.7 million and in the current market, that is as good a deal you are ever going to get.
The former AS Roma winger has scored 24 goals and provided 6 assists in all competitions this season, vindicating Jurgen Klopp’s decision to sign him.
With Philippe Coutinho having signed for Barcelona this month, Liverpool are going to need the likes of Salah to step up even more than they have already this season to ensure that the Reds can enjoy a successful campaign – both domestically and in Europe.
