The Reds are preparing for a Champions League campaign after finishing in fourth place in the Premier League in 2017.
And Manchester United boss Mourinho reckons they’re going to find life a lot harder this time around as they balance their European commitments with domestic fixtures.
But Klopp isn’t bothered by the Portuguese’s verdict, saying: “I’m not interested in what Jose Mourinho says.
“Why should I talk about Manchester United? Jose is talking about us, yes. We had a season of what Man United had the year before.
“I don’t know if anybody asked us how it felt (then).”

Klopp reckons that Chelsea will also likely be feeling the heat in Antonio Conte’s second year in charge.
“Yes, Chelsea will feel also the difference, they played something like 13 players last season,” he added.“But it’s also not my problem if they use only 11, well done. I do not want to be part of this – I am not interested.
