Salah set for another record breaking as Liverpool travel to Selhurt park tomorrow.

Scintillating Liverpool winger Mohammed Salah has been firing in all angles since his second return to the Premier league in the summer of 2017.  Notching a staggering 36 goals in just 41 appearance for the merseyside in all competition already.

The Eyptian already has a total of 28 goals in the League which place him as the country highest scorer and also on the verge of equaling the long lasting record of 29 goals scored by an African Player which is currently held by Salah's former Team mate and also Chelsea Legend Didier Drogba.

The Reds travel to Selhurst Park on Saturday to take on Crystal Palace, with the Egyptian going in search of Drogba’s record which has stood since the 2009/10 league campaign.

Right now, Salah’s scintillating form has seen him net ten goals is last seven Premier League appearances, including four versus Watford two weeks ago.

Salah has enjoyed a stellar season upon his return to the Premier League, with the attacker set to claim player of the year awards for his remarkable achievements.

His goal scoring record has been second to none, even managing to outscore Tottenham’s Harry Kane, who has claimed the Golden Boot for the last two seasons running.

The 25-year-old now looks set to claim another record with Drogba’s record for the most goals scored in a season by an African player in his sights.

Next up for Salah is Andrew Cole and Alan Shearer’s joint-record for the most goals in one Premier League season, with the two legendary strikers netting 34 goals during the 1993/94 and 1994/95 respectively.
